TECHNICAL CONDITIONS OF MANUFACTURE

BASE EXECUTION STANDARDS APPLIED IN PRODUCTION:

  • PN-EN 1090-2 Execution of steel and aluminum structures – Part 2: Technical requirements related to the execution of steel structures
  • PN-EN 14015 Specification for the design and production of vertical tanks at location, of circular cross-section, with a flat bottom, ground tanks, welded steel, for liquids at ambient temperature and higher
  • PN-H-93453 Welded steel I-beams
  • PN-EN 15085-1 Railways – Welding rail vehicles and their components

STANDARDS APPLIED IN RELATION TO CORROSION PROTECTION:

  • PN-EN ISO 12944 Paints and varnishes. Corrosion protection of steel structures with protective coating systems
  • PN-EN ISO 8501-3 Preparation of steel substrates before coating with paint or similar products – Visual assessment of surface cleanliness – Part 3: Progressive preparation of welds, edges and other areas with surface defects
  • PN-EN ISO 8501-1 Preparation of steel substrates before coating with paint or similar products. Visual assessment of surface cleanliness
  • PN-EN ISO 2808 Paints and varnishes. Marking of coating thickness

MARKING:

Permanently – in agreement with the customer – the following characters are placed:

  • product/element specific marking
  • melt number or conventional melt mark

We also offer labeling with adhesive labels with appropriate marking and bar-code identification, according to customer requirements.

WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS OF ELEMENTS:

  • Shipped elements are customized for regular and over-sized transport according to the Customer’s requirements.
  • Maximal single element weight up to 65 Mg.
