QUALITY POLICY

Our company recognizes that the quality of products and processes, in addition to environmental protection, are key factors in sustainable development. Industrial activities and the location of the company at the center of the Silesian agglomeration, additionally determine the need for a friendly, safe coexistence with the surrounding environment – people and nature.
Quality policy

WE PROVIDE CERTIFIED PRODUCT QUALITY

In our company, we have implemented a quality and environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015, PN-EN ISO 14001: 2015, as well as a quality management system in research laboratories in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO / IESC 17025: 2005 allowing to provide the highest quality of products and laboratory services.
The scope of quality and environmental management system

We have the recognition of the following Classification Societies, used in the production and receipt of cold-formed sections, welded sections and steel structures:

  • approval of the Office of Technical Inspection for the production of non-pressurized tanks and low-pressure tanks for liquid flammable materials, non-pressurized tanks and low-pressure tanks for poisonous or caustic materials
  • permission of the Office of Technical Inspection for production of sheets and profiles intended for the construction and repair of technical equipment being the subject to technical supervision,
  • certificate of the Qualification Commission of Plants Doing Bridge Steel Structures to perform bridge steel structures,
  • TÜV Thüringen certificate confirming that the Factory Production Control of Huta Pokój Profile Sp. z o.o. meets the requirements of Regulation 305/2011/EU of the European Parliament regarding construction products – CPR,
  • approval of the Office of Technical Inspection for Laboratories as a subcontractor of tests,
  • Welding Certificate concerning the quality requirements for welding of metallic materials according to EN ISO 3834-2 – DVS ZERT,
  • Welding Certificate concerning the quality requirements for weld steel construction elements according to EN 1090-2 in the class to EXC4 – DVS ZERT

We also work with institutions such as:

  • Transport Technical Supervision,
  • Welding Institute,
  • Schweissetechnische Lehr-und Versuchsanstalt.
