AUTHORIZATION
Authorization for loading, for the current day depending on stock, is accepted during the following times:
- for cold-formed products and hot-rolled sections – 6.00 – 14.00 working day before loading by e-mail to the address of the employee responsible for the order
Authorizations can also be sent directly to the e-mail address of the employee responsible for the order.
The authorization should contain the following information, necessary for the release of the order to the driver:
- Name of the company placing the order
- Driver’s name
- Driver’s ID (e.g. personal identity card, passport or driving license)
- Vehicle and trailer number plates
- Material specification with an order confirmation numer from Huty Pokój Profile Sp. z o.o. with the position and quanity of material to be picked up
A discrepancy between the authorization details and the driver’s details will cause the order to be withheld until such time as the discrepancy is resolved.
If the authorization will be not sent in properly time (6.00 – 14.00 working day before loading) then the time of waiting for enter will be extendend. Loading the goods will start after loading the correctly-notified cars.
Thank you for complying with the above procedure. It enables us to efficiently load the goods and shortens the waiting time for drivers.

For the safety of customers, suppliers and guests of “Huta Pokój” S.A. and subsidiaries, persons staying on the premises of Huta Pokój are obliged to comply with the following principles:
- Everyone who enters the premises of Huta Pokój after receiving a personal pass is obliged to report to a security guard at one of the factory gates.
- To receive permission to enter the premises of Huta Pokój, the plant security informs the employee to whom the customer, supplier or guest wants to go.
- The security guard gives the customer / supplier / guest the information leaflet “OHS guide”, which contains safety guidelines for moving around the premises, emergency procedures and a map of the plant’s area.
- The employee who receives the customer / supplier / guest is responsible for bringing him to the premises of the plant, equipping him with personal protective equipment, instructing on the
security principles on the premises of the facility and for bringing him back to the plant’s gate. The customer / supplier / guest is obliged to follow the guidelines of the receiving employee. - The customer / supplier / guest is obliged to use a specific type of personal protective equipment (e.g. safety shoes, helmet, goggles, warning vest) due to possible dangers which are indicated by safety signs.
- Entrance to the halls is possible only through pedestrian doors, you can only walk along marked pedestrian routes.
- Products delivered and received from Huta Pokój and its subsidiaries must be unloaded or loaded in a way that cannot endanger the lives or health of employees and in the presence of a representative of Huta Pokój or a subsidiary.
- Customers / suppliers / guests are not allowed to move around the premises and facilities of Huta Pokój on their own, but only in the presence of the receiving employee.
- Truck drivers may stay at loading points in the halls only in personal protective equipment (helmet, reflective vest, safety shoes, goggles, protective clothing with long sleeves and legs).
- Drivers must not stay on the platform or in the vehicle cabin during loading or unloading using gantry and other lifting devices.
- Drivers may not move away from the mode of transport without the permission of the representative of Huta Pokój or a subsidiary.
- Drivers are obliged to comply with traffic laws, road signs, right of way and do not exceed the maximum speed limit. Parking cars must not be dangerous.
- Entering the premises of Huta Pokój under the influence of alcohol and drugs is forbidden.
