plate girder structure
The main carrying construction of the halls consists of plate girder, one- or multi-bay
frames with rigid corner and roof-ridge joints. The columns are connected to the
foundation with joints. The plate girders are made of welded elements with full
sections, in form of I-shape sections, which sizes are adjusted to loads.

The main carrying construction of the halls consists of post and beam structures,
with tubular columns anchored in foundations and with lattice roof beam (trusses),
connected to posts with joints. I-shape columns made of plate girders of welded
elements with full sections, trusses made of cold-formed sections and I-sections.

WARM AND ENERGY SAVING BUILDINGS
The use of secondary elements as longitudinal stiffening of the construction allows
to apply any kind of lining. In order to obtain a warm and energy saving building,
we recommend to use for building insulation the mineral glass or rock wool of the
highest insulation parameters.
FREE CHOICE OF COLOUR and DURABILITY OF PAINTING COAT
The construction elements are cleaned in grit-blasting system. Constructions can
be painted in painting booth with the application of an anti-corrosion coating ensuring
the adequate dry film thickness. The colouring of the used paints is based on the
RAL system. Upon customer request, we can provide as well anti-corrosion protection
of all the construction elements.
QUICK AND SIMPLE ASSEMBLING WITH BOLT CONNECTIONS
The assembling connections are made with steel bolts of superior resistance.
