( ) Możliwość wykonania blach o parametrach płaskości tylko według polskiej normy PN-H/-92200, pozostałe parametry według EN 10029.
* Blachy o grubości powyżej 50 mm wykonujemy w gatunkach o granicy plastyczno-ści ≤ 300 MPa.
   
( ) For flatness parameters it is possible to manufacture plates in accordance with the Polish standard PN-H/-92200 only, other parameters as per EN 10029.
* Plates thicker than 50 mm are manufactured in grades with yield point of ≤ 300 MPa.
   
( ) Das Blech kann im Bereich der Flachparameter nur nach der polnischen Norm PN-H/-92200 gefertigt werden, andere Parameter nach EN 10029.
* Das Blech mit der Stärke von über 50 mm fertigen wir in den Stahlsorten mit der Dehn-grenze ≤ 300 MPa an.

Po uzgodnieniu możliwość dostawy blach:
  • o długości powyżej 12 000 mm,
  • o grubości od 15 mm do 25 mm, szerokości 1 000 mm i długości powyżej 11 000 mm z brzegami obciętymi termicznie.

Subject to arrangements, it is possible to deliver plates:
  • longer than 12 000 mm,
  • from 15 mm up to 25 mm thick, 1 000 mm wide and over 11 000 mm long with thermally cut edges.

Nach der Vereinbarung können wir folgende Blechsorten liefern:
  • Mit der Länge von über 12 000 mm,
  • Mit der Stärke von 15 mm bis 25 mm, Breite von 1 000 mm und Länge von über 11000 mm mit den thermisch geschnittenen Kanten.

Blachy dostarczane są według norm:
PN-EN 10029, PN-H/-92120, PN-H/-92147, PN-H/-92200.
Plates are delivered according to

Condition of goods delivered / Lieferungszustand

W zależności od gatunku i wymagań Klienta, blachy dostarczane są w stanie:
  • surowym (AR),
  • po normalizowaniu lub walcowaniu normalizującym (N).

Depending on the grade and the customer’s requirements, plates are delivered in:
  • raw condition (AR),
  • after normalization or normalization rolling (N).

Nach der Stahlsorte und den Kundenanforderungen wird das Blech in dem folgenden Zustand geliefert:
  • Rohzustand (AR),
  • Nach Normalisierung oder Normalisierungswalzen (N).

Pakowanie
Packing / Verpackung

Po uzgodnieniu z Klientem:
  • stosujemy podkładki drewniane pod blachy lub wsporniki metalowe,
  • blachy spinane są taśmą (bandowane)w paczki o masie od 2,5 do 3 Mg.

Subject to arrangements with the Customer:
  • we use wooden pads put under plates or metal supports,
  • plates are fastened together by means of a band to form packages of weight from 2.5 up to 3 Mg.

Nach Vereinbarung mit dem Kunden:
  • werden Holzunterlagen oder Metallstützen angewendet,
  • wird das Blech mit einem Band in Pakete mit dem Gewicht von 2,5 bis 3 Mg gebunden.

Znakowanie
Marking / Markierung

Blachy znakujemy trwale przez podanie:
  • nazwy gatunku,
  • numeru wytopu,
  • symbolu producenta,
  • znaku kontroli technicznej.
Na życzenie Klienta blachy dodatkowo znakujemy trwale przez podanie:
  • wymiarów blach, nazwy odbiorcy itp.

Plates are permanently marked with the following data:
  • grade name,
  • heat number,
  • manufacturer’s symbol,
  • technical inspection mark.
If requested by the Customer, we additionally and permanently mark plates with:
  • plate dimensions, customer’s name, etc.

Das Blech wird dauerhaft mit folgenden Angaben markiert:
  • Stahlsorte,
  • Chargenummer,
  • Herstellerzeichen,
  • Zeichen der technischen Kontrolle.
Auf Kundenwunsch wird das Blech zusätzlich mit folgenden Angaben dauerhaft gekennzeichnet:
  • Blechabmessungen, Empfänger, usw.

  • próbę zginania według SEP 1390,
  • dodatkową próbę zginania (poza atestem),
  • próbę rozrywczą „Z” według PN-EN 10164,
