STRUCTURAL PREFABRICATED COMPONENTS FLAME-CUT OF SHEET

The structural prefabricated components are flame cut of steel sheet in state-of-the-art oxygen cutting machines.

Prefabricates offered:

• low-format sheet of increased accuracy of linear dimensions,
• belts from 100 mm width,
• components of any geometrical shape according to client’s documentation.

Dimension range of components offered:

• width up to 2 500 mm,
• thickness from 5 to 50 mm.

Additional operations

Edge milling:

• U, V, X, Y – mechanically,
• V, X, Y – thermal cutting.

Surface cleaning up to SA 2.5 and painting with primer.

Performance accuracy

Edge quality class 1 acc. to PN–EN 28167:2002.

Corrosion protection

Corrosion protection as requested by the Client.
