Flame galvanizing process we employ is based on over 100 years experience of Voigt & Schweitzer and complies with the requirements of DIN ISO 1461. Prime quali-ty materials and state-of-the-art technology is used. The basic component of zinc bath is the Z1 zinc (special quality) of purity level at least 99.995% Zn. Additional materials used are aluminium and TECHNIGALVA galvanizing compound. With particular attention attached to the zinc bath, the zinc coat applied in our plant has the following features:

homogeneity and uniform spread all over the surface,
increased bonding strength thanks to careful selection of bath components,
increased resistance to abrasion and other mechanical damage as compared to the conventional methods,
increased flexibility.

Electrostatic powder paint application is a modern painting technique which allows smooth surfaces to be achieved, and ensures top quality of the material being painted. The painting process is always preceded by operations ensuring professional surface preparation in order to improve paint adhesion and increase the corrosion protection properties. As a result, a coat of the following features is obtained:

very good mechanical properties,
chemical resistance,
resistance to weather conditions (e.g. temperature, UV radiation),
good decorative qualities.

The following paints are offered in the powder application system:

epoxy,
polyester,
polyester and epoxy.

The range of powder paint used is based on RAL system and added a series of colours outside that system, with more than 200 colour available. Various types of surface finish are available: plain, fine and coarse structure, gloss and matt.
