 HIPH is an industrial organization of the economic local
government which associates: ironworks, steelworks non-ferrous metals plants, companies
supporting metallurgical industry, in particular, those producing refractory materials
and cokemaking plants as well as other companies collaborating with this sector
(i.e. repair, commercial and design companies as well as higher educational institutions
and companies producing refractory materials). The Chamber cooperates with the International
Iron and Steel Institute (IISI), European Confederation of Steel and Iron Industries
(EUROFER), European Steel Tubes Association (ESTA) and national associations.

The Chamber associates companies from steel construction industry as well as companies
collaborating directly with this industry i.e.: manufacturers and distributors of
metallurgical materials, manufacturers of constructions and aluminium materials,
anti-corrosive paints and varnishes. In addition, the Chamber’s members are institutions
conducting scientific research and designs for the purpose of this industry. HUTA
POKÓJ S.A. is a founder of the Polish Chamber of Steelworks.
